- Admission: Admission will be confirmed only after submission of the required documents and payment of the applicable admission/course fee.
- Course Fees: Students are required to pay course fees according to the institute’s prescribed fee schedule. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Attendance: Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and attend classes according to the institute timetable.
- Course Duration: Course duration may vary depending on the selected course, batch schedule, holidays, and other academic requirements.
- Class Schedule: The institute reserves the right to change class timings, batches, faculty, or schedules when necessary.
- Study Materials: Study materials, practical resources, or other learning facilities will be provided according to the selected course and institute policy.
- Examination: Students must complete the required classes, assignments, practical work, and other requirements before appearing for examinations or assessments.
- Certificate: Certificates will be issued to eligible students after successful completion of the course and fulfillment of institute requirements.
- Discipline: Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior on institute premises. Misconduct, damage to institute property, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action.
- Computer/Lab Use: Students must handle computers, networking equipment, and other institute property carefully. Students may be responsible for damage caused by intentional or negligent actions.
- Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. The institute will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
- Course Transfer: Transfer from one course or batch to another will be subject to institute rules and availability.
- Holiday & Class Cancellation: Classes may be rescheduled due to holidays, technical issues, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Limited Seats: Admission is subject to seat availability. The institute may close admission when the available seats are filled.
- Information: Students should provide correct personal information and documents during admission. Any incorrect information may affect admission or certification.
- Institute Rights: I.H.N.I.T reserves the right to modify course structure, fees, schedules, facilities, or rules when necessary. Students will be informed of significant changes where applicable.
- Acceptance: By taking admission, the student agrees to follow the institute's rules, regulations, and terms & conditions.
